This unit converts the SDI-12 standard used in soil sensors, etc., into a Grove terminal.

   Updated to V1.1.   Now supports Port A of M5Stack BASIC.


Features

  - Can power sensors with a 5V power supply.

     (Sensors with a 12V power supply cannot be powered; an external power supply is required.)

  - Since the VCC is 5V and the signal line is 3.3V, it can be used with the M5Stack Grove terminal.

  - Port A of M5Stack BASIC previously had a pull-up resistor, making it unusable, but it can now be

     used with V1.1. This means it can be used with any M5Stack port.

Specifications

- Circuit configuration conforming to the SDI-12 standard

- SDI-12 standard connector is a VH-3.96 3P

- Grove connector power supply is 5V, signal line is 3.3V (for M5Stack)

Usage example

If the sensor is powered by 5V, it can be powered by the conversion unit.

If the sensor is powered by 12V, connect an external power supply (even if the current is too high at 5V).
